Booking and Project Information
Project details including dates, times, locations, key people, schedules, deliverables, and any specific requirements are generally confirmed during the quotation and booking process.
My services include standard communication, photography time, and professional post-production.
Additional fees may apply for extensive rescheduling, expanded briefing requirements, urgent delivery requests, or additional administrative/project coordination outside the original booking scope.
Pre-Production and Creative Direction
Commercial photography commonly involves pre-production planning, creative consultation, scheduling coordination, and collaborative shot development before photography begins.
While I am predominantly engaged for photography, I also offer pre-production support where required. This may include help with the brief, project scope, scheduling, creative direction, and intended commercial outcomes.
This helps meet the brief while keeping production calm, realistic, and aligned with project goals.
Where required, this service is billed separately alongside photography at standard commercial rates.
Commercial Scope and Workflow
Commercial photography involves managing people, spaces, lighting conditions, timelines, and the best experience for everyone involved.
Additional locations, expanded shot requirements, increased stakeholder involvement, revised scheduling, extra production requirements, or significant project growth outside the original booking scope may affect timing, workflow, and project cost.
If these requirements eventuate, they may be billed separately at standard commercial rates.
Image Selection and Delivery
The volume of images delivered per project is discussed during the booking or quotation process and forms part of the agreed project scope.
This number may not be suggested until the full brief has been acknowledged.
Quite often on set or in the studio, images are checked tethered to a computer to make sure everybody is happy with the direction and outcome.
Afterwards, a secure online gallery may be supplied so preferred images can be selected prior to final post-production.
Delivery is within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Urgent bookings or faster turnaround incur an additional fee.
Post-Production and File Supply
Final edited images are supplied as full-resolution JPG files.
RAW files are not included unless specifically discussed and licensed separately prior to the shoot.
Additional fees may apply depending on the intended usage and scope of the request.
Currently, additional images from any session are $50 + GST each to cover the additional post-production time.
Subjects Under 18
Subjects under 18 require an accompanying adult during the session.
