After working with BUPA Healthcare a number of years ago, I started to develop a real liking for working within the Healthcare/ medical sector. Since then I’ve helped other brands such as Fisher and Paykel, as well as numerous R&D businesses, and Physios.
What I’ve realised over the years when it comes to healthcare imagery, is that while stock images might help fill pages on a dentists website, or for promotional purposes, they are always clearly a stock image and look somewhat cheesy and false (in my opinion). There is nothing like actual images of the dental practice, staff and location to drive more bookings. Genuine is always better.
My take on healthcare is to offer well lit and clean environments to represent the type of clinical setting clients expect, but with some warmth and approachability of staff and location. This is my point of difference with healthcare imagery. Last week I had a great shoot with the team at a local CBD based Dentist – Riverside Dental. They wanted to improve their online image and we nailed the brief, that will really help lift the engagement and bookings on their website.
